Job Description: Inside Sales Reps

Join our growing team of Sales Professionals generating sales leads for our organization. We need Inside Sales Reps to conduct Business-to-Business lead generation calling into small, medium and large size organizations to uncover sales opportunities for our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Quota carrying role, responsible for tele-prospecting of our products to small, medium and large organizations
- Out-bound calling to generate and qualify new leads by prospecting into target accounts
- Excellent follow-up on leads from web site, inbound calls and marketing programs such as webinars, seminars and tradeshows
- Application of sales skills and product knowledge to develop and successfully close accounts
- Close collaboration with the outside sales team to accomplish corporate and territory revenue goals
Skills & Experience Required:
- Field or inside sales experience in a business-to-business environment
- Proven track record in cold calling, sales prospecting and appointment setting
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems
- Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Results-oriented with willingness to take responsibility and initiative
- Ability to engage on the telephone
- Strong probing skills
- Understanding of small, medium, and large organizations and their decision making processes
- Understanding of sales pipeline
- Ability to work to targets
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and industry terms
- Attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, email and use of the Internet.
Must be a self starter, able to work independently without supervision. Attractive hourly compensation with increases available based on skills and performance.

Job Description: Entry-Level Marketing

Currently, we are looking for an Junior Marketing Assistant. The Junior Marketing Assistant position gathers and produces, researches and analyzes marketing and sales data. Helps coordinate marketing research studies in support of sales and marketing activities with key areas of focus including market share analysis, studies of business trends, and product trends.
Responsibilities:
- This person is responsible for helping to establish industry leading awareness, reputation and confidence in Locus Software's line of products and services
- Help drive the internal and external perception/value of Locus Software family of products through compelling and differentiated messaging, product content, evangelism of the value of Locus's line of products, and leveraging the "virtual" Locus organization to generate revenue and growth targets.
- Working closely with cross-functional Product teams, Sales Operations and Customers/Partners, he or she is responsible for all aspects of the outbound marketing mix, including competitive and compelling positioning, messaging, packaging/pricing, go-to-market plans, internal and external launches, collateral, web content, presentations, field enablement, and opinion-influencing customer, press and analyst content.
- Help build an intuitive understanding of the customer and business needs for the line of products that Locus Software has to offer, be knowledgeable about use cases at a variety of customers, "sweet spots" where we are consistently successful, be familiar with win/loss analysis and quarterly dashboard metrics for the product line.

- Bachelor’s degree or working towards a degree with coursework in Marketing, research methods, statistics or equivalent or relevant work experience
- Must possess detail orientation and the ability to perform statistical analysis along with the ability to seek out, collect and analyze secondary sources of information most appropriate for a market research project. Knowledge of financial modeling preferred.
- Must possess analytical skills to be able to think strategically and sort through a large amount of data and propose correct plan of action.
- Must possess ability to keep information confidential.
- Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated and be able to meet deadlines.
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills to create and present a variety of reports.
- Must possess advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access.
